Converting existing documents

There are two options for importing existing documents into WEBISO. Either you can do this yourself, or Ockham can take care of the document conversion. All document types and formats can be imported into WEBISO.

Multiple languages

WEBISO is a multi-lingual application which provides an interface in the reader’s preferred language. This means that two readers, sitting next to each other, can access the system simultaneously in two different languages. English, French and Dutch versions are currently available. Other languages can be provided as required. WEBISO is delivered as standard in one language and additional languages are optional.

Integration of LDAP or Active Directory

This integration makes the management and use of passwords more (end)user friendly. WEBISO will use the information of the users defined in the Active Directory or LDAP (Leightweight Directory Access Protocol) server. So users who already loged on to the network, won't need to log on again to WEBISO.

Integration of your intranet "look and feel" into WEBISO

Ockham offers a service to integrate your intranet "look and fee" into the WEBISO application. This results into a homogeneous "look and feel" of your existing intranet and the new WEBISO application.
