Zeggen dat de wereld om ons heen snel verandert, is een open
deur intrappen. Wat gisteren ongeloofwaardig leek, zijn nu
al bijna achterhaalde feiten. Het wordt moeilijk om ook maar
te voorspellen hoe het morgen zal zijn. Geïnspireerd
door criterium 4 van het EFQM–model heeft het VCK een
veelzijdig programma samengesteld. Om samen te proberen te
kijken naar morgen. Van de aandacht over de relaties met de
partners en leveranciers, over het beheer van de materiële
goederen en veiligheid naar de immateriële middelen van
een organisatie. Er is ook een duidelijke link naar de toekomst.
Het 18de Vlaams Kwaliteitscongres biedt u verschillende invalshoekenen
een veelzijdig programma. En, niet te vergeten, de vele netwerkmogelijk-heden.
En dat is zeker een middel dat u de dag zelf en lang daarna
kan inzetten.

Quality 2005 -
XPO Kortrijk
Kortrijk Xpo will be hosting
the Quality trade fair for the measurement and management
of processes and excellence. The initiator of this biennial
event is Amelior, a company whose main business is the provision
of training, advice and consultancy support for enterprises
and institutions for the development, implementation and improvement
of efficient management systems. Amelior is working in conjunction

"Nationaal Kwaliteitscongres 2005"
- The Netherlands
Kluwer organises the "Nationaal Kwaliteitscongres 2005"
in Bussum (NL). Presentation are given about risc management,
MVO, Six Sigma Light and the new ISO norm.
